Da wir umziehen, suchen wir bis Ende diesen Monats einen Nachmieter für unsere gemütliche 2 Zimmer Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat ein ca. 20qm und ein ca. 14qm großes Zimmer. In der Küche ist genügend Platz für einen Tisch und ein Anschluss für eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Der Flur bietet Platz für eine Kommode und einen Schuhschrank. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Keller und ein Dachboden. Außerdem ist im Haus ein Fahrradkeller vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt nahe an der haltestelle Dammstraße, wo alle halbe Stunde ein Bus zur Universität fährt und man sonst auch sonst überall hinkommt. Der Bahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10 Minuten Fußläufig zu erreichen.
Da wir wahrscheinlich schon Mitte April Ausziehen werde, haben Sie schon ein ein zwei Tage mehr Zeit zum einziehen. Bei interesse rufen sie einfach unter ----/------- an. Der Besichtigungstermin findet wahrscheinlich Anfang nächste Woche statt.
Offener Besichtigungstermin ist am Dienstag den 14.4 ab 3 Uhr. bitte meldet euch kurz, wann ihr kommt, damit nicht die ganze Wohnung voll ist.
