Autostellplatz ist vorhanden! Busanbindung für Studenten vorhanden! Kleinhaustiere (z.B. Katze) sind erlaubt! Satteliten Fernsehen! DSL Verfügbar!
Im Winter sollte beim Schneefegen geholfen werden sowie mal den randstein säubern!
