Hallo,
meine Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, ein Vollbad mit Fenster, Dielen in allen Zimmern, eknen Südbalkon, Gartenmitbenutzung und man schaut aus allen Fenstern ins Grüne. Sie liegt in der 3.Etage 5 Minuten vom Düsternbroker Gehölz und der Kieler Förde entfernt. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnlage und die Parkplatzsituation ist o.k. Im Haus wohnen hauptsächlich junge Leute. Ich fühle mich in meiner hellen sonnigen Wohnung sehr wohl. Einrichtet habe ich sie mit alten und modernen Möbeln, die zum größten Teil stehen bleiben.
Da ich für 1 Jahr ins Ausland gehe, möchte ich sie vom 01.07.12-30.06.13 vermieten und hoffe, ich finde 1 oder 2 Mieter für diesen Zeitraum. Also mailt mir!
