Es handelt sich um eine schöne Altbau-Wohnung mit 2 1/2 Zimmer, sie liegt im dritten Stock und ist deswegen schön hell, die Türen sind alle noch im alten stil und weiß lackiert.
Das tolle an der Wohnung ist: dafür, dass sie so nahe an der Uni ist(5min zu Fuß) ist sie sehr ruhig.
Für eine studenten WG ist die Wohnung bestens geeignet.
Es gibt einen netten Balkon der Taubensicher ist und den ganzen Tag Sonne hat. Dieser geht vom halben Zimmer ab, welches sich dann gut als Gemeinschaftsraum eignet.
Das Badezimmer hat eine einfache Duschwanne und ist recht klein aber hübsch.
Es gibt in der ganzen Wohnung Holzfußboden, außer im Bad und Küche.
Busse fahren Richtung Uni/UB und Stadt/Hbf gleich um die Ecke.
Anders als sonst in Kiel, findet man auch spät immer noch einen Parkplatz vor der Tür.
Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr freundlich
Ruhig und Grün mit Volleyball Platz um die Ecke
