Das Haus liegt im Stadtteil Ravensberg. Zur Uni sind es zu Fuß ca 5 Minuten, ebenso zur beliebten Einkaufsstraße der Holtenauer. Dort finden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Bars und Cafés.
Die Wohnung ist aufgeteilt in zwei Zimmer, Bad und Küche (für die Küche, mit Spülmaschine und Dunstabzugshaube, hätte ich gerne einen Abschlag VB). Der Balkon ist relativ groß und geht von der Küche ab, Sonne hat man hier von Mittags bis Abends.
Die zwei Zimmer gehen zur sehr ruhigen Straße ab. Das größere Zimmer hat einen wunderschönen Erker. Beide Räume und der Flur sind mit Dielen ausgestattet.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerraum und ein Abstellraum auf halber Treppe.
Das Wohnen hier im Haus ist sehr entspannt. Hauptsächlich wohnen hier Studenten und junge Leute.
Kiel Ravensberg, zur Uni sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, zum Bahnhof mit dem Bus ca 10 Minuten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Nah&Frisch, Sky, Aldi, Penny) in Fußnähe
