Hallo, wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere 2 Zimmer Wohnung. Zur Uni sind es 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Es sind zwei unterschiedlich große Zimmer, Küche mit Balkon, Altbau mit Holzdielen.
Wir möchten gerne zum 15.10. ausziehen. Wenn es ganz dringend ist, können wir nochmal reden, ob es früher klappt.
Der Vermieter nimmt bevorzugt Studenten und WGs.
Die Wohnung könnte mal wieder einen Anstrich gebrauchen, das sieht der Mietvertrag bei Auszug nicht vor. Aber zu dem Preis ist die Wohnung super angemessen und auch sanitäre Anlagen, Fenster usw. tiptop (also es sind neue Sachen, es zieht nirgendwo rein usw.)
