Hey,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in unmittelbarer Uni-Nähe. Die Wohnung hat 44 m2 und besteht aus etwa zwei gleich großen Zimmern, einer Küche, dem Badezimmer und einem sehr kleinen Balkon zum Hinterhof. Außerdem gehört ein Keller- und Dachbodenraum sowie ein Hinterhof/Garten zur Mitbenutzung dazu. Falls ihr Student sein solltet, werdet ihr den sehr kurzen Weg zur Uni schätzen (ca. 300m zum Audimax!). Parkplätze findet man entweder direkt vor der Wohnung am Westring oder auf dem Uniparkplatz i.d.R. immer genügend. Die Wohnung ist prinzipiell WG tauglich. Ich zahle aktuell 394€ warm als Miete.
Falls ihr Interesse habt, schreibt möglichst schnell, denn ich möchte die Wohnung schon zum 01. November weitergeben.
