Die Wohnung ist schön hell aufgrund der vielen Fenster. Es gibt zwei große Zimmer (18 und 22m2), Bad, Küche mit Spülmaschine und einen Abstellraum. Außerdem gibt es sowohl einen zusätzlichen Dachbodenraum sowie einen Trockenboden zum Wäsche aufhängen. Fahrräder können auch in den kleinen Fahrradschuppen hinterm Haus gestellt werden.
Die Lage könnte für Studenten kaum besser sein. Zur Uni braucht man 8 min zu Fuß. Zur Holtenauerstraße sowie zu Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann und co sind es nur 2 min. Außerdem fahren mindestens 10 Buslinien in alle Richtungen Kiels.
