Hallo,
suche zum 01.07.2013 einen Nachmieter für meine 2-Zimmer Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt am Schrevenpark.
Die Sicht ist allerdings auf die Gutenbergstraße.
Die Küche ist mit einer Einbauküche ausgestattet.
Ein Zimmer hat einen französichen Balkon.
Zusätzlich hat die Wohnung einen Vorflur, der wie ein Abstellraum genutzt werden kann.
Die beiden Zimmer sind ca. 22 cm2 und eignen sich super für eine WG.
Sehr praktisch ist auch, dass im Haus ein Bäcker, ein Zahnarzt und ein Allgemeinarzt ist.
Tierhaltung ist auch erlaubt.
Aber am besten Du schaust es dir einfach selbst an :)
Da ich berufstätig bin, kann ich Anrufe erst ab 17 Uhr annehmen. Mail geht immer
