Die Wohnung ist ca. 65 qm groß. Das 15 qm Zimmer liegt straßenseitig, die übrigen Zimmer liegen zum Hof und genau wie das Balkonzimmer in Richtung Westen. Für zwei Personen als WG nutzbar. Die Beheizung der Wohnung erfolgt über eine Gastherme, die auch das Wasser erwärmt. Außerdem gibt es in der Küche einen Gasherd mit Backofen und eine Spüle.
Die Metzstr. befindet sich ca. 1,5 km von der UNI und bis zur City und zum Bahnhof ist es auch nicht weiter. Ein Sky-Markt, Rossmann und eine Bäckerei liegen um die Ecke. Fahrräder können im Innenhof sicher abgestellt werden. Hingegen ist die Parksituation - insbesondere abends - schwierig.
Achtung: Die Kosten für Gas und Strom sind direkt mit den Stadtwerken bzw. anderen Lieferanten abzurechnen. Da der Gasverbrauch sehr vom Heiz- und Dusch/Badeverhalten abhängt, ist eine bezifferung schwierig. Nach Auskunft anderer Eigentümer liegen die Heizkosten zwischen 80,-- und 130,-- € pro Monat.
