Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer und ist sehr gut als wg geeignet. Sie verfügt über einen verglasten Balkon, der sehr gut als Stauraum genutzt werden kann. Im Haus wohnen hauptsächlich Studenten.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sky ist zu Fuß 5 min und Aldi 10 min mit dem Rad erreichbar.
Auch der Bus hält fast vor der Tür. Dort hält die 81, welche direkt zu Uni und in die Stadt zum Hbf fährt. Auch die 100 und die 34 fahren direkt am Westring ab. Die Haltestelle ist zu Fuß 3 min entfernt.
Mit dem Rad sind auch die Bergstraße und die Trauma sehr gut und schnell erreichbar.
Die Wohnung liegt am Dönerdreieck. Das heißt auch am Sonntag bekommen man zur Not sein Essen.
