Hi,
ich biete hier meine Wohnung zur Untermiete ab sofort und bis maximal 31.12. an. die Wohnung ist möbliert und ich würde gerne einen Großteil der Möbel drin lassen. Große couch und Schreibtisch, 140cm Bett mit neuer Matratze, Schränke usw. ist alles vorhanden. es gibt aber genug Platz sich selbst noch ein wenig zu verwirklichen. die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank. von der Küche aus kommt man auch auf einen kleinen Balkon. die Wohnung ist hell, mit hohen Decken und Dielenboden.
die Wohnung liegt am Schützenwall, ist also optimal an die Autobahn und b76 angebunden. zum Hbf sind es zu Fuß ca 15-20 min oder nur den Bus ca 10 min. in der Uni ist man mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten. es gibt Rewe, Lidl und Aldi fußläufig erreichbar, Parkplätze gibt es reichlich vor der Haustüre.
ich biete dir Wohnung als Komplettpaket an. d.h. Strom und Internet 500 (GB/s )sind auch dabei. Haustiere sind erlaubt, Raucher können den Balkon nutzen :-) die Nachbarn sind nett und hilfsbereit. was die Mietdauer angeht bin ich auch durchaus flexibel, meldet euch gerne mit Vorschlägen oder Wünschen, ich bin gerne bereit auf euch zuzukommen.
