Ich gehe Ende Januar ins Auslandsemester und vermiete daher meine schöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung unter.

- Großteil meiner Einrichtung (Bücher, Küchenutensilien) bleibt drin
- ruhiges Haus, privat vermietet

- für meine Möbel nehme ich eine Kaution, die der/die Untermieter*in zurückbekommt, wenn sich alles im ursprünglichen Zustand befindet :-)
- KEIN Haustier
- KEIN Kellerabteil - das stelle ich mit meinem Kram dicht :-)
Zur Wohnung:

- saniert, da wir letztes Jahr einen Wasserschaden hatten
Ich spreche gern alles individuell ab, kann daher aber auch nur eine Person annehmen, die bereits jetzt schon in Kiel ist und sich mit mir alles im Ruhe ansehen und absprechen kann.
Direkt zwischen Kirchhofallee & Schützenwall.
Sowohl mit dem Bus, Rad aber auch mit dem Auto ist man gut angebunden.
Rewe & Lidl 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
