Hallo,
meine ruihge, helle 2-Zimmer Altbau Wohnung mit Dielenboden, Balkon, EBK und zwei etwa gleichgroße Zimmer wird zum 1.7. frei. Wenn möglich würde ich die Waschmaschine gerne in der Wohnung lassen und auch beim Streichen lässt sich ja vielleicht eine Einigung finden.
Die Vermieter möchte keine WG in die Wohnung haben und wünschen sich eine/n ruhige/n, zuverlässige/n Nachmieter/in oder Paar.
Bei Interesse bitte zunächst per Mail schreiben, gerne beantworte ich weitere Fragen oder wir machen gleich einen Besichtigungstermin aus!
