Da ich Kiel aus beruflichen Gründen verlasse, suche ich einen Nachmieter für meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem innenliegenden Bad mit Dusche, einer Einbauküche (inkl. Spülmaschine,Kühlschrank,Backofen mit Herd), einem Wohnzimmer mit angrenzenden Balkon zum Hinterhof raus.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG bzw Hochparterre.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle erreicht man in 5 Minuten.
In der Straße gibt's es Parkplätze und für die Fahrräder gibt es einen Innenhof.
Ein Bäcker befindet sich in der direkten Nachbarschaft und Lidl und sky sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe.
Im Haus wohnen junge Paare, WG und viele nette Nachbarn. Es Handels sich um ein ruhiges Haus, das aber auch Verständnis hat, wenn man doch mal eine etwas lautere Party feiert.
Die Wohnung ist ab 1.1 frei. Die Hausverwaltung ist sehr nett und total unkompliziert.
