Schweren Herzens löst sich nach 5 Jahren leider unsere Studenten-WG auf.
Unsere Wohnung ist ab dem 1.8.21 verfügbar.
In dem Haus wohnen größtenteils Studenten-WGs.
Die Küche ist sehr großzügig. 2 Zimmer haben eine Größe von ca. 16qm, während das große Zimmer etwa 24qm groß ist.
Nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter könnte außerdem die Küche renoviert werden.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, man ist schnell am Bahnhof, in einer Minute an der Bushaltestelle zur Universität (Buslinie 50 und 81) und schnell bei Edeka, Rewe und Lidl.
Die Lage ist ruhiger als erwartet, da die Wohnung im wenig befahrenen Teil der Kirchhofallee hinter der Ringstraße liegt-
Auch die FH lässt sich vom Bahnhof aus schnell erreichen.
Außerdem kannst du zu nach 2 Minuten Fußweg 2mal die Woche den Markt am Exerzierplatz besuchen.
Die Fassade wurde erst vor 2 Jahren restauriert.
