Ich suche aufgrund meines Praktikums einen Nachmieter für meine schöne Wohnung in der Nähe vom Exerzierplatz in Kiel.
Die Wohnung ist circa 60 qm groß mit 2 Zimmern und einer großen Küche und einem Bad mit Fenster.
Die Wohnung ist außerdem WG-tauglich.
Mein derzeitiges Wohnzimmer ist ein bisschen größer als das Schlafzimmer.
Die Wohnung hat eine super zentrale Lage. Ob CAU oder FH beides ist durch die Andreas-Gayk-Straße oder den HBF gut erreichbar. Es gibt außerdem diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Kieler Innenstadt befindet sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie viele Restaurants am Europa-Platz. Apotheken und Ärzte befinden sich auch in erreichbarer Nähe
