Ich suche für meine helle 2 Zi. Maisonette Wohnung zum 01.08.2012 einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung besitzt ein großes Vollbad mit Fenster und eine schöne große EBK mit Platz für eine Essecke. Ausserdem besitzt die Wohnung im ausgebauten Dach einen Traum jeder Frau, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. In der Wohnung ist Laminat und helle Fliesen. Im oberen Zimmer ist ein heller Teppichboden. Der Anschluss für die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller. Im Eingang wohnen nur noch zwei weitere Parteien. Zu der Wohnung gehören noch ein Kellerraum und ein Fahrradkeller steht allen Mietern des Eingangs zur Verfügung. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und Haustiere wären nach Absprache erlaubt. Bei Interesse bitte schnell melden. Die Warmmiete beträgt ca. 445 Euro warm. Bei Interesse kann noch ein fester Parkplatz für 30 Euro monatlich angemietet werden.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bushaltestelle, Ärzte, Apotheke, Bank gleich in der Nähe.
