Wunderschöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit einem Balkon in Köln Agnesviertel.
Ich muss leider aus meiner schönen Wohnung ausziehen, weil ich wegen des Jobwechsels in eine andere Stadt ziehe.
Einige Möbel (Bett, Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Esstisch, Stühle, Vorhänge etc.) muss mit einer Abschlagszahlung von 1200 Euro übernommen werden. Der DSL-Vertrag muss auch übernommen werden und es wird sich auf jeden Fall für dich lohnen, weil es ein gutes Angebot von 19.99 Euro im Monat (Vodafone) ist.
Die vorhandene Küche gehört dem Vermieter und ist im Mietpreis inklusive.
Ebenfalls gibt es einen eigenen Kellerraum.
Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Reichenspergerplatz und die Bushaltestelle sind direkt vor der Tür. Das hat mein Leben besonders erleichtert :)
Cafes, Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte, Ärzte, etc. sind fussläufig in rund 5 min zu erreichen.
Meine Meinung nach ist Agnesviertel das schönste Viertel in Köln. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Mein Lieblingscafes und Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke.
