ich biete eine traumhafte Maisonette-Wohnung in der Nähe vom Ebertplatz zum Tausch an.
Die 155 qm große Wohnung verfügt in der 5. Etage über drei Räume und zwei Badezimmer (Badewanne, Duschen und Toiletten). Über eine Holztreppe geht es in die 6. Etage. Dort befindet sich eine Einbauküche sowie ein offenes Wohnzimmer (42 qm), eine Toilette sowie ein Abstellraum. Von dem großen Wohnzimmer gehen zwei Balkone ab (15 und 18 qm). In der gesamten Wohnung ist Parkett verlegt. Ein Bauantrag für einen Aufzug ist gestellt.
Die Wohnung ist sonnendurchflutet und perfekt für ein Pärchen, das endlich mal in einer wirklich tollen Wohnung leben möchte.
Ich selbst suche für mich eine 65 bis 90 qm große Wohnung – vorzugsweise im Agnesviertel, vielleicht auch noch Nippes und weiter Richtung Süden bis zum Barbarossaplatz. Voraussetzung sind mindestens ein Balkon (besser wäre eine Dachterasse 😀) und die Wohnung muss hell sein.
