It’s almost impossible to get to the centre, everything on foot and super rail connections in all directions!
- 2 min walk: Metro Friesenplatz 3, 4, 5, 12, 15 in all directions
- 10-15 min walk: Dom/ Hbf Köln (or 2 stations)
- at most 10 min to the green belt or town garden

Zentraler geht‘s fast nicht, alles zu Fuß erreichbar und super Bahnanbindung in alle Richtungen!
- 2 min zu Fuß: U-Bahn Friesenplatz 3, 4, 5, 12, 15 in alle Richtungen
- 10-15 min zu Fuß: Dom/ Hbf Köln (oder 2 Stationen)
- höchstens 10 min zum Grüngürtel oder Stadtgarten

No party in the apartment desired. You live in the middle of it and can go next door/over/round the corner;-)

House transfer on 12.6. in the evening or at the latest on 13.6. in the morning.
Please inquiries with information about person and reason for rental etc. More photos are sent only in case of serious interest and appropriate period.
Lodging at best on 30.06. late evening.

Deposit of 250€ in cash will be returned directly with proper apartment return.

Keine Party in der Wohnung erwünscht. Du wohnst mitten drin und kannst nebenan/ gegenüber/ um die Ecke feiern gehen ;-)

Wohnungsübergabe am 12.6. abends oder spätestens am 13.6. morgens.
Bitte Anfragen mit Infos zu Person und Grund für Anmietung etc. Mehr Fotos werden nur bei ernsthaftem Interesse und passendem Zeitraum zugesendet.
Wohnungsrückgabe bestenfalls am 30.06. spät abends.

Kaution von 250€ in Bar wird direkt bei ordentlicher Wohnungsrückgabe zurückgegeben.
