About my apartment: Altbau 4 metre high ceiling, real wooden floor, hand made door frames, clay walls (marmor optik) and much more. The complete kitchen is individually made with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge. A professionally made hochbett is also installed by a carpenter.
Apartment is on hochparterre, quiet, you can hear the birds in the morning and sometimes music in the evenings. Neighbours are very nice, mostly young, so being loud is not a problem.
Right outside are probably the best restaurants and bars, bakery and rewe, alnatura, penny, apotheke everything is 50-100 mts away. All in all, the apartment has a lovely flair and charm.
I want to have two bedrooms as i want to move in with a friend and thats is why I’m looking for a swap.
