Ich biete meine möbilierte 2-Zimmerwohnung in der Südstadt (nähe Chlodwigplatz) zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich für 3 Monate ins Ausland gehe. Mietzeitraum ist ca. vom 1. März 2024 bis zum ca. 31. Mai 2024. Die Wohnung kann nur an eine einzelne Person vermietet werden.
Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 750€ pro Monat und ich würde eine Kaution von 700€ nehmen.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Waschmachine, Küchenausstattung, etc.). Leider verfügt sie über keinen Internetanschluss. Jedoch steht ein Vodafon-Hotspot für 10€ pro Woche zur Verfügung.

Es wird ein Untermietvertrag mit mir geschlossen, den ich meinem Vermieter vorlegen muss. Zusätzlich sind folgende Unterlagen vorzulegen:
- Mieterselbstauskunft
- Nachweis einer bestehenden Haftpflichtversicherung
- Kopie des Personalausweises
