Wir suchen zum 1.11.14 einen Nachmieter für unsere schöne 3-Zimmer Wihnung am Rudolfplatz. Sie teilt sich auf in drei Zimmer (ca. 29 qm, 16 qm, 12 qm) einer Küche (ca 12 qm) und einem Bad mit Badewanne. Außerdem gibt es noch einen kleinen Balkon mit Domblick. Bei Interesse, sende ich gerne Bilder zu.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Alles was man braucht, ist direkt vor der Tür. Zur Einkaufsmeile Schildergasse sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. In naher Umgebung gibt es viele Bars und Restaurants. Ein LIDL und ein REWE sind 2 min entfernt zu Fuß. Das begehrte Belgische Viertel grenzt direkt an.
Schweren Herzens ziehen wir um, allerdings nur innerhalb des Hauses. Wir wünschen uns Nachmieter, die einige von unseren Möbeln und Elektrogeräten gegen eine Abstandszahlung übernehmen wollen.
