I'm moving to another country and the last thing I am reluctant to say goodbye to is my beautiful apartment.
The apartment has two identical sized rooms, one is connected to a separate kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, and a small foyer. And it is beautifully furnished, ideal for couples, individuals who enjoys the nightlife in Koeln, and people who works in Bonn and commutes everyday.
It is located very centrally to a district full of restaurants and bars, yet it is at a very quiet street. You won't hear much sound from streets at all with windows closed. There is a basement and no balcony. And there is space for placing washing machine in the basement.
Please note that the apartment is not for 2 people doing flat-sharing, unless they are a couple.
It will be available as from Dec 22nd earliest and Jan 1st latest. But it is negotiable.

Upon purchase of above, below the items are given for free:
bedroom lamps, trashbins, shower curtain, double-sized cotton bed cover for guest, 4 pillows, vase and plants, candle decorations, cleaning tools, iron and iron-board, 5 electric leiterplatte, 3 sets of curtains, cupboard in the cellar, laundry basket, hangers, 4 large red pretty containers, 2 large feather decorative cushions, etc
The internet can be transferred. Currently the cost is 23 EUR per month.
