In der gesamten Wohnung liegt ein Echtholzparkett. Die Einbauküche sollte vom Nachmieter gegen eine Abschlagszahlung von 600€ übernommen werden (inklusive aller Elektrogeträte + Waschmaschine). Die Wohnung liegt in der 2.Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses.
Super Lage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, sowie sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen direkt vor der Tür. Zum Neumarkt sind es nur 200m. In unmittelbare Nähe befinden sich viele Restaurants, Cafés und Bars und Clubs trotzdem ist es ruhig in der Wohnung - das Schlafzimmer mit Balkon liegt zum Innenhof.
