Hey zusammen,
falls trotz Corona gerade jemand sucht: Biete eine fantastische 2-Zimmer-Wohnung bis September zur Zwischenmiete. Zwei große Zimmer, kleine Küche, kleines Bad, zwei (!) Balkone und zehn Meter vom Rathenauplatz entfernt.
In der Nähe befinden sich alle Supermärkte, die man so brauchen könnte, in Richtung Zülpicher oder Belgisches warten haufenweise Kneipen (okay, gerade nicht so relevant, aber hoffentlich bald wieder) und Zülpicher Platz/Barbarossaplatz sind die nächsten Öffi-Stationen, von wo aus es überallhin gehen kann.
Zwischenmiet-Beginn ab 1. Mai wäre auch möglich. Bin im Moment unregelmäßig in Köln, aber wir finden schon einen Besichtigungstermin, notfalls auch per Skype.
