Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock, hat keinen Aufzug und hat:
- Zimmer 1 (Nord): 16m2
- Zimmer 2 (Süd): 18m2 mit Balkon.
- Küche
- Badezimmer, was vor zwei Jahren saniert wurde

Die Wohnung liegt zwischen dem Zülpicher Platz und dem Rudolfplatz. Zu beiden Stationen läuft man ungefähr 2 Minuten. Wir dachten als wir eingezogen sind, dass es am Wochenende nachts total laut wird aber da wir in einer Seitenstraße wohnen bekommt man von den Feiernden nur selten etwas mit.

Ich bin aktuell am Reisen und vermiete mein Zimmer 2 unter. Da ich meine Reisezeit aber verlänger und meine Untermieterin ausziehen möchte, suche ich für dieses Zimmer eine Untermieterin bis Ende November. Da meine andere Mitbewohnerin auch zum 1.7. gekündigt hat, wird dieses Zimmer jetzt auch frei. Optimal wären für mich also zwei Leute, die sich kennen und zusammen einziehen möchten. Zimmer 2 ist möbiliert, Zimmer 1 unmöbiliert. Beide Personen zahlen 650€ inklusive GEZ, Strom, WIFI.
