Für meine lichtdurchflutete Altbauwohnung suche ich zum 1.12. einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung hat ein Wohnzimmer mit Durchgang zum Arbeitszimmer,ein Schlafzimmer, ein geräumiges Bad und eine schöne große Küche und einen ExtraRaum für die Waschmaschine im Treppenhaus auf derselben Etage!Sie wäre auch für eine 2er WG gut geeignet. Viele Fenster und hohe Decken sorgen für gutes Wohngefühl. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock.
Im schönen Bayenthal besticht die unmittelbare Nähe zum Rhein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind im Goltsteinforum, das fußäufig wenige min entfernt ist.
Auch der ÖPNV ist mit Linie 16 und Bus 106 in 5 min erreichbar.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist auch ein Trip in die Innenstadt kein Problem.
Praktischerweise sollten die gepflegte und voll ausgestattete Einbauküche, sowie Waschmaschine und einige Kleinigkeiten übernommen werden.
Der Preis liegt bei 1350 Euro.
Im Haus herrscht eine angenehme, freundliche und entspannte Stimmung.
