Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses (insgesamt 5 Wohnungen).
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Parkett verlegt, der Rest der Wohnung mit Laminat.
Neben Wohn - und Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad (mit Badewanne) gibt es eine kleine Abstellkammer in der Wohnung (perfekt für Staubsauger...etc) und einen Waschraum und Keller. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kommt mein auf den großen Balkon auf dem ab mittags die Sonne scheint.
Der Vermieter wünscht sich eine Einzelperson als Nachmieter. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.
In unmittelbarer Nähe fährt die Buslinie 127 und auch die Linien 3 und 5.
Ein Rewe Supermarkt, sowie Apotheke und Post sind in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Küche mit Spülmaschine, Herd, Ceranfeld und Kühlschrank (Siemens) muss übernommen werden. Preis 600 €.
Es gibt eine Staffelmiete, die alle zwei Jahre sich um 10 € erhöht.
