Wir vermieten zum 01.12.2014 unsere neu- renovierte Altbauwohnung in Köln-Brück.
Die Wohnung hat 3,5 Zimmer, Küche, Diele und Bad, liegt im 1. Stock eines Dreifamilienhauses, ist ca. 85 m2 groß und verfügt zum Garten hin über einen kleinen Balkon. Die Zimmer sind hell und großzügig, ideal für ein Pärchen oder eine 2er-WG. Das Bad ist neu renoviert und verfügt über ein großes Fenster.
Wir freuen uns auf nette Mieter.
Die Lage ist sehr verkehrsgünstig, die Haltestelle von Stadtbahn-Linie 1 und Bus 154 liegt ca. 100 m von der Haustür entfernt, die A 4 und A 3 ereicht man in 3 min Fahrzeit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nach einem kurzen Fußweg oder mir dem Auto/Rad leicht zu erreichen. Es befinden sich zusätzlich ausreichend Parkplätze vor der Tür.
Die Wohnung hat keine Einbauküche und vorerst kein Kellerabteil.
