The 67 sqm apartment is located in the beautiful Cologne Ehrenfeld and is located on the third floor, where you have a beautiful view.
The apartment was first covered two years ago. The current tenant leaves the apartment to 30.6.2025. Accordingly, everything is fresh, beautiful and new.
The apartment consists of kitchen (with balcony), a large living room, bathroom and two rooms, each 10 sqm or 13 sqm. I got the kitchen. Otherwise the apartment is unfurnished.

Die Wohnung wurde vor zwei Jahren zum ersten Mal bezogen. Der jetzige Mieter verlässt die Wohnung zum 30.6.2025. Dementsprechend ist alles frisch, schön und neu.
Die Wohnung besteht aus Küche (mit Balkon), einem großen Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer und zwei Zimmern, jeweils 10 qm bzw. 13 qm groß. Die Küche wurde von mir besorgt. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung unmöbiliert.
The location is great. Quiet and at the same time you are very fast (in 15 min) in downtown. The tram station Köln-Ehrenfeld is just 5 minutes walk away. There are also sufficient shopping opportunities.
Die Lage ist super. Ruhig und gleichzeitig ist man sehr schnell (in 15 min) in der Innenstadt. Zur Straßenbahnstation Köln-Ehrenfeld sind es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch ausreichend.
I am looking for a responsible person who has the apartment in the time of 01.07. up to 30.09.2025 wants to rent completely and reliably and carefully with the living room.
The rent is 1270€ (+40€ discount payment kitchen use).
