Intermediate rental in own apartment in the creative backyard Zwischenmiete in eigener Wohnung im kreativen Hinterhof

If you go through the apartment until the end, you will come out on the terrace in our beautiful courtyard. There's always something going on in the summer: there's a tattoo studio, a music studio, various WG's, co-working kits, barbecue evenings, etc.

The connection to the Öffis on Venloer Straße is very good:
4min walk to 13 or 3/4 underground.
Many shops nearby (Aldi, Rewe, Kaufland, many restaurants etc).

Geht man die Wohnung bis zum Ende durch, kommt man auf der Terasse in unserem wunderschönen Innenhof heraus. Hier ist im Sommer immer was los: Es gibt ein Tattoo-Atelier, ein Musikstudio, verschiedene WG's, Co-Working-Plätze, Grill-Abende, etc.

Die Anbindung zu den Öffis an der Venloer Straße ist sehr gut:
4min zu Fuß zur 13 oder zur U-Bahn 3/4.
Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Aldi, Rewe, Kaufland, viele Restaurants etc).

The period could be adjusted by +/- 5 days, as we already find a solution :)

No pets are currently living here, but in the meantime this would not be a problem. I'd like to ask you.
No washing machine is available but there are several private solutions for this in a radius of 10m.

I would be very happy if all plants survive :)

Der Zeitraum ließe sich um +/- 5 Tage anpassen, da finden wir schon eine Lösung :)

Aktuell leben hier keine Haustiere, aber für die Zwischenzeit wäre das kein Problem. Fragt auch das gerne an.
Keine eigene Waschmaschine vorhanden aber gleich mehrere private Lösungen hierfür im Umkreis von 10m.

Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn alle Pflanzen überleben :)
