Hallo, ich biete meine schöne, helle, zentral gelegene Wohnung zum Tausch an.
Warmmiete (inklusive Strom und Gas) liegt derzeit bei 385 Euro. Bei 37 qm ist das für so eine zentrale Lage unschlagbar billig. Das Haus hat vier Parteien und stammt aus den 50ern, eine typisches schmales Ehrenfelder Arbeiterhäuschen.
Der Boden ist aus Holzestrich. Der Balkon schließt sich an die Küche an und geht nach hinten raus. Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer gehen nach vorne raus mit Blick auf die Venloer Straße, Geisselmarkt, Colonius.
Falls ihr eine ruhig gelegene Wohnung (denn meine ist es nicht) in Ehrenfeld, Nippes, Agnesviertel, Belgisches Viertel im Angebot habt, bin ich sehr interessiert. Als Einzugstermin wäre Mai super, Juni ginge aber auch.
