Wir suchen zum 16.11.11 einen Nachmieter für unsere schöne 2 -Zimmer-Wohnung in Ehrenfeld.
Die Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche (ca. 16qm), ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer, welches auch ziemlich groß ist (ca. 23qm). Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sind mit Laminat ausgelegt, der Flur und die Küche haben PVC Boden. Es gibt noch eine kleine Abstellkammer, die wir gut als Kleiderschrank genutzt haben. Zur Wohnung gehört noch ein Balkon zum Innenhof. Eine Badewanne ist auch vorhanden. Es handelt sich um einen Neubau.
Die Wohnung ist nicht wirklich Wg geeignet, da ein Zimmer relativ klein ist (14qm) und ein Zimmer relativ groß (23qm) und den Zugang zum Balkon hat.
Auf Wunsch kann auch ein PKW-Stellplatz für monatlich 60€
angemietet werden.
Geplanter Besichtigungstermin ist Montag, der 31.10., genaue Uhrzeit bitte telefonisch absprechen.
