Beide Zimmer haben ein Bett. Die Wohnung passt also zu 1 oder 2 Personen (Pärchen- oder Nicht-Pärchen).
Die Lage ist perfekt- mitten in Ehrenfeld, genau zwischen Bahnhof Ehrenfeld/ U-Bahn Venloerstr. Gürtel und Haltestelle Leyendeckerstr, in beide Richtungen 4 Minuten.
In 5 min. fußläufiger Erreichbarkeit:
4x Lebensmittel Discounter, 3x Gemüseläden, 5x Pizza, 10x Döner, die besten Falafel Kölns, 10x Casinos 50x Friseure und Vieles mehr. Außerdem: diverse Bars, Clubs und Cafés, das Kino Cinenova (genau gegenüber) und ein kleiner netter Park.
