Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art, sowie Bars, Clubs, Cafès und ein Park sind in direkter Nähe. Die Wohnung hat zudem eine gute Autobahnanbindung.
Die restlichen Mieter (bestehend aus Einzelpersonen & junge Familien) in dem Haus sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
