Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 84 qm groß hat zwei Schlafzimmer, einen großen Eckbalkon und eine schöne große Küche. (2 Jahre alt, Übernahme ist gewünscht)
Die Wohnung hat viele Fenster und ist dadurch Hell und freundlich. Wie leben hier zu zweit als WG und haben die Wohnung und vor allem die Lage sehr ins Herz geschlossen.
Kaufland ist direkt neben an. Ebenso Rewe, Aldi und ein Öko Laden Dens. Die U bahn Haltestelle Piusstr ist in 2-3 min zu erreichen. Die S bahn haltestelle Köln Ehrenfeld in 10 min zu fuß. Kleine gute Restaurants, Bäcker und tolle Bars und Clubs sind rund herum.
Für die Küche möchten wir gerne 1200 Euro Abschlag. Sie wurde vor zwei Jahren eingebaut und hat 2300 Euro neu gekostet.
Kaution sind drei Monatskaltmieten.
