Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung in Köln-Ehrenfeld für 6 Monate zur Zwischenmiete

Liebe Wohnungssuchende,

wir wollen unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Köln Ehrenfeld von Anfang Oktober 2019 bis Ende März 2020 untervermieten. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im Herzen von Ehrenfeld. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Restaurants und den Grüngürtel gibt´s gleich um die Ecke. Zu Fuß ist man in 2 Minuten an der Haltestelle Piusstraße (U-Bahn 3 & 4) und praktischerweise liegt die Wohnung auch gleich zwischen den Bahnhöfen Köln West und Köln Ehrenfeld (jeweils etwa 10 Minuten).

Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG, ist hell und hat Fenster nach Norden und Süden raus. Es gibt Küche und Bad, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit zwei Fenstern und ein separates Schlafzimmer. Der alte Dielenboden quietscht zwar etwas, gibt der Wohnung aber auch einen eigenen Charme.
Da wir nur vorrübergehend weg sind, vermieten wir die Wohnung voll möbliert. Können aber auch ein bisschen Platz machen, falls du das ein oder andere Möbelstück selbst mitbringen willst.

Warm (inkl. Nebenkosten, auch Internet) kostet die Wohnung 790€.
Zwei Monatsmieten Kaution.

Dear all,

we want to rent our 2-room apartment in Cologne Ehrenfeld from the beginning of October 2019 until the end of March 2020. The apartment is located in a quiet side street in the heart of Ehrenfeld. Various shops, cafes, restaurants and the Grüngürtel Park are just around the corner. On foot you are in 2 minutes at the subway stop Piusstraße ( lines 3 & 4) and conveniently the apartment is also right between the S-Bahn train stations Cologne West and Cologne Ehrenfeld (each about 10 minutes).

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, is bright and has windows to the north and south. There is a kitchen and bathroom, a spacious living room with two windows and a separate bedroom. The old wooden floor squeaks something, but also gives the apartment its own charm.
Since we are only temporarily away, we rent the apartment fully furnished. But we can also make a little space, if you want to bring one or the other piece of furniture yourself.

Warm (including utilities, including internet) costs the apartment 790 €.
Two months rent deposit.
