Ich biete hier meine ehemalige Wohnung aus Studienzeiten an, in der ich mich immer sehr wohl gefühlt habe.
Die Wohnung wurde vor ca. 1. Jahr renoviert (u.a. wird sie mit Öko-Kalkfarbe gestrichen).
Es gibt zwei separate Zimmer, einen kleinen Flur, ein innenliegendes Duschbad, eine Küche mit Backofen, Ceranfeld, Dunstabzugshaube, Kühlschrank und eine Speisekammer mit Regalen. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschküche mit Platz für die Waschmaschine (der letzte Mieter hat seine da gelassen) und einen eigenen Kellerraum. Im Hof kann auf Wunsch ein Parkplatz für zuzätzlich 80 EUR im Monat angemietet werden.
In der ganzen Wohnung liegt Laminat (außer in der Küche und im Bad).
Die Wohnung liegt toll in einer Seitenstraße der Venloer Straße, sehr nah an der U-Bahnstation Venloer Straße/Gürtel.
