I will not be very often in Cologne from July to the end of October 25, so in my 2 room apartment at this time the 2nd room is free.
The room is furnished with bed, dresser, swing chair, if desired I can put a small table in and a clothes rod.
The whole apartment consists of 2 rooms, kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom, WC extra, balcony, has 65qm, is in the 3.OG, old building

The larger room has about 20sqm, the small (in which I will be from time to time when I must be in Cologne, for example because of work) about 18sqm. The apartment also has a beautiful south-facing balcony.
I have limited WLAN, it is unfortunately NOT suitable for working remotely.
Supermarket ,Apotheke , pubs, train etc. in a few minutes and still very quiet. Parking is not very good. The housers are all very nice.

I myself am 45 years old, freelance, like to travel in nature, do yoga, go climbing and traveling like and much.
If someone could imagine the concept, I am happy about news.

Ich werde von Juli bis Ende Oktober 25 nicht sehr oft in Köln sein, daher ist in meiner 2 Zimmer- Wohnung in dieser Zeit das 2. Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, Kommode, Schaukelstuhl, wenn gewünscht kabnn ich noch einen kleiner Tisch reinstellen und eine Kleiderstange.
Die ganze Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmer, Küche (mit Spülmaschine), Bad, WC extra, Balkon, hat 65qm, ist im 3.OG, Altbau

Das grössere Zimmer hat ca 20qm, das kleine (in dem ich ab und an sein werde, wenn ich in Köln sein muss z.b. wegen der Arbeit) ca. 18qm. Außerdem besitzt die Wohnung einen schönen Südbalkon.Waschmaschine ist im Keller.
Ich habe nur begrenztes WLAN, es ist leider NICHT für Remote arbeiten geeignet.
Supermarkt ,Apotheke , Kneipen, Bahn etc. in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Parkmöglichkeiten nicht sehr gut. Die Hausbewohner sind alle sehr nett.

Ich selbst bin 45 Jahre alt, Freiberuflerin, gerne in der Natur unterwegs, mache Yoga, gehe klettern und reise gern und viel.
Wenn sich jemand das Konzept vorstellen könnte, freue ich mich über Nachrichten.
