Apartment
As i travel for the summer i will rent my room for some months. The deposit and rent will depend on how much you wish to stay in the room but for one full month the rent with everything included such as wifi, heat and water would be just 320 euros. The house is located just 1 min away from bus and tram lines taking just 8mins to get to Deutz and 13-15 to the centre of the city we have direct access to line number 1 and 9. The flat is ideal for both students and workers around the Deutz area. Within 5 minutes walking there is a gas station WHICH IS 24 HOURS!! , many supermarkets and kiosks too. The room has a lot of furniture including a bed, desk and computer monitor, sofa (which can also be a guest bed) table, wardrobe, many draws and a television/playstation which is free to use. There is also a garden that can be enjoyed and my bike will be there for use. There is also your own park place if you have your own bike. The flat is a WG made up of three guys, two of whom are german and one french :) they are very friendly and open to hanging out. Here in the flat we can speak english french german and Spanish :)
