Ich vermiete ab sofort ein geräumiges WG-Zimmer in einer 2-Personen-WG (es ist etwas größer als ca. 15 m2) Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem guten Zustand und in letzter Zeit habe ich immer wieder kleinere Erneuerungen vorgenommen, beispielsweise eine neue Küche inklusive Geräte eingebaut. Es ist also sehr wohnlich =)
Holweide - hört sich erst mal weit an, ist es aber gar nicht ... mit der Bahn, die du in 1.5 Minuten erreichst, sind es 15min zum Hbf ... Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und alles was man braucht sind in direkter Umgebung.
Ich bin Marouane, 22 und arbeite derzeit in 2 Cafés/Bars in Ehrenfeld.. natürlich umgänglich und würd mich freuen, wenn meine neue Mitbewohnerin oder neuer Mitbewohner nicht nur an einer Zweck-WG interessiert ist, sondern an einem entspannten Miteinanderwohnen .. Kochen, Quatschen Kaffeetrinken und was halt so dazu gehört ... Ich würde mich freuen, wenn es weiterhin ordentlich und wohnlich bleibt, wenn du einziehst ;)
