Meine Wohnung ( Großer Griechenmarkt 50676 Köln ) wird zum 01.09 frei da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehen werde.
Die Wohnung wurde im November 2018 komplett neu saniert ( Boden, Küche, Wände, Bad ). Es wurde sogar eine neue Klimaanlage eingebaut welche im Sommer natürlich Gold wert ist. Insgesamt ist diese Wohnung top modern und super schön, weswegen ich auch nur ungerne ausziehe. Meine Vermieter suchen einen anständigen Nachmieter und jemand der längerfristig darin wohnen bleiben möchte, also bitte nur schreiben wenn dies der Fall ist :) Ich freu mich auf eure Nachrichten.
Innenstadt, Großer Griechenmarkt, einfach mal bei Google Maps anschauen;)
Alles um die Ecke, Rewe etc. Näher am Zentrum kann man kaum wohnen.
Besichtigung könnten diesen Donnerstag noch erfolgen.
