ich biete meine geliebte 2Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon in Köln Kalk, komplett nach Hinten raus mit Blick ins Grüne und super ruhig von 07.07.2024 bis 07.08.2024, zur Untermiete an. Evtl. auch schon am 04.07.24.
Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, ist alles da, was man braucht, außer Mikrowelle und TV.
Bettwäsche, Handtücher lasse ich dir gerne alles da.
Meine persönlichen Sachen kommen in Kartons und ab in den Keller. Gerne kannst du mein Mountainbike nutzen. Kalk liegt direkt neben Deutz und Mülheim und hat eher Kreuzberg Flair. Sehr links, vielfältig und alternativ.
Bin ein sehr sauberer Mensch und achte strickt auf Mülltrennung, daher sollte Ordnung und Sauberkeit auch voll dein Ding sein oder zumindest keine Hürde.
Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt.
