Our cosy flat in spacious Belgian Quarter of Köln will be available from 01.11.2019. It has 45m2 area with 2-rooms, separate bathroom and a small kitchen.
Flat is originally unfurnished. As current tenants, we will be moving out of Germany and we leave the flat fully furnished for you! Hence, we would like to charge 950 Euros extra. There will be big sofa, 2 tables, office chair, 4 drawers, book shelf, bed, big wardrobe, shoe shelves, fridge, kitchen amenities and many more...
Landlord would like to have 630 Eur base rent (Kaltmiete). Additional costs (Nebenkosten) of heating, water, building management are also paid to landlord and it varies from 135-150 Eur depending on number of people. Electricity & internet are arranged individually and paid separately.

Grocery shops (REWE, ALDI, ALNATURA) are in 3-4 min walking distance. Köln-West station is 4 min, Friesenplatz station is 6min away by foot. In 3 min, you will reach big, green parks.
