es ist eine schöne,ruhige am Stadtwald liegende 2-Zimmerwohnung in Hochparterre in Lindenthal. Sie besteht aus einem Badezimmer inkl. Badewanne, über den Flur gehts in die Küche mit Kühlschrank(Gefrierfach), Microwelle, Herd und Ofen, Spüle und 2 Barhockern mit Tresen zum Essen. Dann gehts ins Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher, Couch(ausklappbar) und Schreibtisch, inkl. Zugang zum Wintergarten. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kommt man auch ins Schlafzimmer, ausgestattet mit einem Bett(1,80*2,00 m)2 Nachtischen und einem großen Kleiderschrank und Kommode.
2 min zu Fuß und man erreicht Bus und Bahn, entweder 10 min zu Fuß oder 2 min mit Bus und Bahn erreicht man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ärzte sind auch in Reichweite. Ansonsten 30 m vom Stadtwald inkl. Tierpark entfernt.
Ich suche jemanden, der mit meiner Wohnung genauso pfleglich umgeht wie ich:)Ich bin im Ausland um ein paar sprachliche Erfahrungen zu sammeln.Private Sachen räume ich natürlich raus, alles andere(Fernseher, Aufnahmegerät, 5.1 System) bleibt drin.
Ich bin jeder Zeit zu erreichen, nur bitte nicht Nachts, da schlafe ich:)Anrufen oder Schreiben, beides erwünscht.
