Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und frisch renoviert, zudem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Sie liegt im ersten Obergeschoss. Das Haus hat insgesamt 8 Wohnung und ist 4 Etagen hoch. Das komplette Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und wird wöchentlich gereinigt.
Das Lindenthal gehört zu den schönsten Stadtteilen in Köln. Ca 100m von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich ein Rewe sowie ein Aldi. Bahn und Bus sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (Linie 1 und 7) bis in die Innenstadt sind es lediglich 2 Stationen mit der Straßenbahn.
