Die Wohnung hat ca. 50 qm, eine große neue Küche und ein helles Wohnzimmer. Das offene Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine Etage höher. Außerdem hat sie ein Tageslichtbad mit Dusche.
Die Kaltmiete inklusive Nebenkosten beträgt 600€, dazu kommen aktuell bei meinem Verbrauch 80€ für Gas & Strom.
Die neuwertige Küche (20 Monate alt - Restgarantie!) inkl. aller Einbauelektrogeräte, Waschmaschine und zwei Barhockern soll zum VHB Preis von 4000€ übernommen werden.
Die Linie 13/146 ist innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. In 10 Minuten kommt man zu Fuß zur Uni. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
