Wir bieten unsere hübsche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (ausschließlich ;-)) zum Tausch an.
Der Abschlag von 2000€ ist hässlich, dazu erzählen wir Dir/Euch bei einer Besichtigung mehr. Dafür ist die Wohnung phänomenal günstig. Ursprünglich wollte ich sie alleine bewohnen - für eine Person bietet sie mit Balkon und 45qm mehr als genug Platz. Küche bleibt drin, das Bad hat Tageslicht und es gibt einen Keller!
WIR SUCHEN
3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Lindenthal oder Sülz (evtl. Südstadt) mit Sonnenbalkon, am liebsten natürlich Altbau, in ruhiger Lage. Maximal um die 1200€ warm, mindestens (ca.) 70qm.
